Processing Fees
SimpleTix is the Stage on Main in-house Box Office system that allows for us to sell tickets in the convince of your home or at the box office before a show or event. During check out, you the guest will see a service charge. This charge is paid directly to SimpleTix for the use of this system. Note: A service fee will be charged regardless of the location at where you purchase your ticket.

Know Before You Go
Have your tickets ready to scan at the door. During check out, guests are asked to provide an email and phone number so that in the event the Stage on Main needs to contact you due to an issue with your tickets, we may do so with ease. Once your information and credit card is processed, the guest will receive a link via email and directly to the number provided. Please click this link to access your tickets. When you arrive to the venue for your event, please have ready each QR code for scanning. Note: Stage on Main will not scan tickets for those not present in the party.
TICKET AND REFUND POLICY
All Stage on Main ticket sales are final. Stage on Main does not offer refunds, allow exchanges or give discount tickets to future shows if a guest is unable to be in attendance.
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or discounts will be allowed.
- If the Stage on Main or touring production company cancels a show, all ticket holders will automatically be refunded via their original way of payment.
- Each guest in attendance is required to hold a ticket. Exceptions include: Infants in strollers, small children sitting in a guardians lap (the child must not exceed the guardians height). The Stage on Main reserves the right to remove guests from the main theatre due to a breach in ticketing policy.
