Know Before You Go
Have your tickets ready to scan at the door. During check out, guests are asked to provide an email and phone number so that in the event the Stage on Main needs to contact you due to an issue with your tickets, we may do so with ease. Once your information and credit card is processed, the guest will receive a link via email and directly to the number provided. Please click this link to access your tickets. When you arrive to the venue for your event, please have ready each QR code for scanning. Note: Stage on Main will not scan tickets for those not present in the party.

How do I buy tickets?
- Choose the "Buy Tickets" button located at the top of this homepage.
- Select Your Show: Browse our upcoming productions and choose the performance you'd like to attend.
- Choose Your Seats: Click on the 'Buy Tickets' button next to your desired show to access our interactive seating chart. Select your preferred seats and proceed to checkout.
- Checkout Securely: Enter your payment and contact information securely through our encrypted checkout process. We accept major credit cards and other convenient payment methods.
- Receive Your Tickets: Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with your digital tickets. Simply present them on your mobile device or print them at home to gain entry to the theatre.

Can I pay with cash or check at the box office?
Yes! We’re happy to accommodate guests who prefer to pay with cash or check in person. We want everyone in our community to feel comfortable attending our shows.
Please note that tickets cannot be held in advance for cash or check purchases. All in-person sales are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed if a show sells out.
If you’d like to secure your seats ahead of time, tickets can be purchased online at any time.
How do I become a Season Ticket Holder/Patron?
Become a Season Ticket Holder at Stage on Main
Becoming a season ticket holder is the perfect way to support local theatre, enjoy our full lineup of productions, and unlock exclusive perks along the way. Here’s how it works:
- Choose Your Season Package: Click on the 'Become a Patron' button at the top of our home page or visit our SimpleTix page. Explore our season lineup and choose the Membership Level that best fits your needs. Each level includes access to discounted tickets, program recognition, and a vote for the annual Masque Awards.
- Reserve Your Tickets:
After purchasing your patron level:
- Go to the "Events" tab to reserve tickets for each show.
- Create or log in to your SimpleTix account using the same email you used for your season ticket purchase.
- Your season ticket benefits will apply automatically at checkout. - Early Access Reservations: As a Season Ticket Holder, you can reserve seats up to 2–3 weeks before the general public.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a password for the season to use at checkout to unlock early access for each show. - Renew Each Year: Renew your subscription annually to continue receiving season ticket perks and to keep your spot in our patron community!

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend a performance.
Can I exchange my tickets for another show or date?
No—tickets cannot be exchanged for a different performance or future show.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to pass your tickets along to a friend or family member so they can enjoy the show in your place.
All ticket sales are final, and while we’re unable to process transfers on our end, you’re free to share your tickets directly with someone else.
Do you offer credits or discounts for missed shows?
We do not offer credits, discounts, or transfers for missed performances.
What if I purchased tickets from a third party?
Stage on Main is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party sellers. We recommend purchasing directly through our official ticketing platform (https://stageonmain.simpletix.com/)or box office.
Who do I contact if I have ticket questions?
Please contact the box office at 662-993-2787 for any ticket-related questions or direct message our "Ripley Arts Council/ Dixie Theatre" Facebook group.
Does every guest need a ticket?
Yes—each guest must have a valid ticket to enter.
Exceptions include:
- Infants in strollers
- Small children sitting in a guardian’s lap (Child must not exceed the guardian’s height)
What happens if a show is canceled?
If Stage on Main or a touring production company cancels a performance, all ticket holders will automatically receive a refund to their original form of payment.
Is the theatre accessible?
Stage on Main is committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests.
If you or someone in your party requires accommodations (such as wheelchair seating or assistance), please contact the box office in advance so we can best assist you.
What is your policy on disruptive behavior?
Guests are expected to be respectful of performers and fellow audience members.
Stage on Main reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, without refund.
What happens in case of an emergency or severe weather?
Your safety is our top priority. Clearly marked exit signs are located at the front and back of the theatre.
In the event of an emergency or severe weather, our staff will provide guidance. Please follow instructions and use the nearest exit.
If a performance is canceled, ticket holders will be refunded to their original form of payment.
Are policies subject to change?
Stage on Main reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time without prior notice.
